Fotis Dimitroulas, Senior Project Manager at TA Europe, started his career as an M&E engineer in Greece 10 years ago, then came to Germany joining an engineering firm for two years, before working as a project and cost manager in an international consultancy in Munich.
Fotis has a diverse background having also worked for contractors and technical consultants, where he managed to collect valuable international experience from several big construction projects. He has a solid understanding of the integration risks in multidiscipline teams and how design decisions can affect construction outcomes.
He has also led teams of engineers into producing outputs that needed to be presented and discussed with the end-client. In that capacity, he has also been heavily involved in producing and monitoring cost and schedule baselines and identifying and managing project risks.
As Project Manager, apart from management tasks, Fotis carried out successful risk assessments and controlling costs for big construction sites. With his technical background, he has also completed Technical Due Diligences and functional design specification descriptions for big clients.
