José Alejandro Gutiérrez joins our team in Madrid as Senior TDD Consultant. With almost 20 years of experience in architecture, construction and property development, he has extensive knowledge in technical due diligence, project supervision and management.
His career began in Seville, where he worked in construction and building design. He then worked for a Spanish BIM consultancy and coordinated residential projects in the UK. He later took over project management for a property developer in Madrid. In recent years, his focus has been on TDD, monitoring and project management for residential, healthcare, hotel and logistics projects in Spain and Portugal.
José Alejandro has a degree in Technical Architecture and Architecture from the Universidad de Sevilla. He also completed an MBA in International Construction Management at the Universidad Europea de Madrid and spent a semester abroad at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
