Luis Solla works as M&E Consultant for TA Europe and is based in our Madrid office, where he leverages his expertise in technical due diligence and project management to support a variety of projects.
Before joining TA Europe, he held the position of Senior Engineering Manager for North & West Africa at Hilton Worldwide, overseeing engineering standards, design reviews and system commissioning for new hotel openings. He also worked as a Senior MEP Consultant at ARCADIS in Madrid, providing consultancy in MEP services, technical due diligence and project monitoring for significant real estate transactions.
Luis holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oviedo (Spain). He has built a solid foundation in real estate engineering, with extensive experience in hospitality, logistics, residential and commercial assets, having worked on projects in diverse locations, from real estate and infrastructure projects in Spain to high-profile developments in Abu Dhabi.
He speaks Spanish as his mother tongue and speaks fluent English.
