Matthias Kiparski is a Technical Asset Manager based in our TA Europe office in Essen. He helps clients objectively assess and increase the value of their properties during the holding period, and, in general, throughout the whole lifecycle. Clients reach out to him for sound advice on how to make future-proof investments in their building portfolios – and how to implement the necessary measures.
Matthias completed his Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on facility management at the Westphalian University in Gelsenkirchen in 2016. After his graduation, he started his career at a family office in Essen, where he worked in property and facility management being responsible for all properties in Germany.
In 2017 he joined a firm which is active in the shopping center and retail market sector. There he had the technical responsibility for three shopping centers in North Rhine Westphalia and could get valuable experience in property management, facility management and asset management.
Matthias holds various additional qualifications, such as the one of a fire protection officer or hygiene inspector for HVAC and water treatment facilities. He is also experienced in tender processes, calculation and project management.
His mother tongue is German. He is also fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
