Michael Guthke is a Senior Technical Asset Manager based in our TA Europe office in Berlin. His tasks include portfolio project Steering, Life Cycle Cost-Budgeting, Technical Due Diligence and Monitoring of Facility and Property Management.
He has a Diploma in Business and the 1st State Examination in Law.
With his over 25 years of work experience, he gained a lot of knowledge in facility, property and portfolio management and worked national as well as international for several companies.
Michael is known for his excellent grasp of the subject and outstanding judgment as well as his excellent understanding of technical correlations and brand and industry knowledge, which led to takeovers of major projects.
During his work, he also worked with ESG & Sustainability Projects as well as Taxonomy Regulations of the European Union and subsidies of ESG projects.
Michael´s mother tongue is German, and he is fluent in business English and French.
