Oliver Hensel is a Senior Technical Asset Manager based in our Berlin office.
Prior to joining TA Europe, Oliver worked in various asset management teams overseeing refurbishment projects and tenant fit-outs in existing buildings, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, building regulations and statutory requirements.
He also has experience in SPA related project supervision and risk assessment.
Oliver is skilled in adapting and standardising technical property management mandates across diverse property portfolios, aligning them with owner-specific investment strategies and operational requirements. His role includes overseeing technical building operations and lifecycle asset planning, ensuring compliance with operator responsibilities, regulatory standards and service level agreements.
He works closely with commercial asset management teams, commercial tenants, service providers and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Oliver is a qualified stucco plasterer, a certified building technician for fire protection and holds a diploma in business administration. His mother tongue is German and he is also fluent in English.
