Onur Seren is a Senior Cost Manager in our Berlin office. He specialises in cost planning, control, and analysis across all project phases — from early concept through to construction and asset utilisation — with a strong focus on achieving economic project goals.
Before joining TA Europe, Onur worked as a Cost Manager at CBRE Germany and served as Country Manager at Nurol Construction Germany GmbH, where he led feasibility studies, financial modelling, and acquisition planning for residential and mixed-use projects. With over 15 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector, he has worked on a wide range of developments in Germany and Turkey.
Onur holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul. He also completed international research and exchange programmes at Ghent University in Belgium and the Technical University of Denmark.
His professional interests include value engineering, digital transformation in construction, and strategic cost risk assessment. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Onur speaks Turkish and English fluently and also speaks German.
