Pier is an Associate Director at TA Europe and works in our Munich office. He has 21 years of professional experience in the project development and realization of real estate in the office, residential and automotive asset classes with international project experience.
Over the last 15 years, Pier’s focus has been on project development of complex office and residential real estate, incorporating the ESG & sustainability criteria and managing all project stakeholders as well as risk, cost, timely and contract management and working with a high performing interdisciplinary project team to ensure project goals are in line and are managed in a goal oriented and timely manner.
Pier studied architecture at the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan near Munich. He spent a year studying abroad in Finnland and Canada.
Pier is a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.
His mother tongue is German. He is also fluent in English and has good conversational skills in Italian.
