Yanneck Weitzel works as a consultant Real Estate based in our Essen office. He focuses on technical due diligence as well as on the monitoring of real estate and portfolio transactions.
Yanneck studied in Mülheim / Ruhr in Germany and graduated as Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering, specialising in “Constructive Engineering”. Parallel to his master’s degree, he also completed a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering with a focus on construction. During his studies, Yanneck was able to gain professional experience in various fields, e.g. in construction management at Hochtief and Goldbeck, in power plant deconstruction and commercial execution of supply engineering systems in the areas of heating, sanitary, ventilation and air conditioning.
After his studies, he worked as a project engineer in the field of damage assessment of engineering structures. The main focus of his daily work was the investigation of harmful substances, concrete damage to buildings and infrastructure structures, damage to the technical building equipment and digital building detection.
