Ulrich Fritsch joined our team as senior consultant, with a focus on cost management, in October 2018 and is based in the TA Europe Munich office. He started his career as an architect and specialised as an expert cost manager. He has a wealth of experience and has worked for international consultancies with high profile clients. His expertise ranges from cost planning and management to lifecycle cost analysis, benchmarking, the development of fundamental principles in cost planning and management and project management. He has published various papers on cost management and the lifecycle costs of buildings, is a regular speaker at conferences and a lecturer at various universities in southern Germany.
In his previous role in a large international consultancy, Ulrich was essentially involved in setting up the German and Austria Cost Management and Facility Management Consulting department and managed the building- and lifecycle costs of large clinics in Germany and Austria, museums in Germany and various other projects in the commercial and office buildings, health and education, leisure and hotel and industry sectors.
