Sustainable Refurbishment Targeting BREEAM Excellent

The project comprised the refurbishment of the façade and underground car park with the objective of achieving BREEAM Excellent. In addition, approximately 15,000 sqm of office space within a mixed-use asset—combining office, retail, and food & beverage uses—was fitted out for a new anchor tenant.

TA Europe acted as client representative, coordinating all measures between owners, tenants, designers, project management teams, and contractors. The scope also included independent quality assurance during construction to ensure that delivery met the agreed technical, sustainability, and performance standards.
