Technical Advisory for EV Charging Infrastructure Along German Highway

TA Europe supported the Deutschlandnetz Autobahn project, focusing on the development of EV charging infrastructure along key highway corridors across Germany. The programme scope included six charging lots, covering a total of 32–34 locations with approximately 320 charging points.

The project was structured with a contract period of eight years, with the option to extend for an additional two years, potentially on a location-specific basis. During the initial contracted phase, public authority funding is designed to fully cover both construction and operational costs.

Through its involvement, TA Europe contributes technical expertise to support the implementation and operation of high-performance charging infrastructure, enabling reliable and scalable e-mobility solutions along Germany’s core transport networks.
