Berresgasse Education Campus PPP

TA Europe acts as Technical Advisor to the lenders during the operational phase of the Berresgasse PPP project in Vienna, Austria. The project, delivered by PORR Bau GmbH as general contractor on behalf of CamBER22 GmbH, comprises the development of a modern education campus under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

With a total project volume of approximately €42.5 million, construction works commenced in October 2017, and the building phase was completed in 2019. The project represents a high-quality educational infrastructure asset designed to meet modern standards for functionality and sustainability.

During the operational phase, TA Europe provides ongoing technical advisory and monitoring services, focusing on performance, maintenance and lifecycle aspects of the asset. Through this role, TA Europe supports long-term asset quality, operational efficiency and risk transparency for the lenders.
