TA Europe is an international independent partnership acting as a boutique consultancy in real estate and infrastructure. From our current office locations in Berlin, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Madrid and Munich we operate in our clients’ markets, to improve the results of their businesses where ever our clients go. Currently, we work all over Europe and in selected places in the Americas, but also focus on markets in Asia, Africa and Oceania.

Our clients are international investors, banks and corporates, who invest in real estate or infrastructure, own such assets or sell them. We deliver bespoke technical and commercial advice with our international and local expert teams in
- transactions of portfolios or single assets (TDD and monitoring)
- creation of new assets or repositioning them (project and cost management, technical asset management)
- infrastructure, energy and PPP
TA Europe’s business is completely held and owned by our partners, who lead our business and deliver for our clients.
The team can count on 40 years of experience in management and consultancy in real estate and infrastructure projects.
