Marion Paroli, who leads our Business Unit ESG & Sustainability, is based in Munich.
As a registered architect with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Marion knows the real estate world both from an architect and a consultant perspective but also from the corporate real estate side. Having initially worked in the planning and construction environment, her career path led her into refurbishment of office properties and the development and implementation of portfolio strategies, including the design of contemporary and sustainable building environments fostering a culture of health and wellbeing – what would be the “S” in ESG today.
Before starting at TA Europe, Marion worked as Head of ESG in the corporate real estate sector for many years at Wealthcap and Coros. She has always worked internationally and has managed and implemented projects for various clients and companies in more than 20 countries.
For Marion, ESG and sustainability have always played a major role. She therefore is an enthusiastic participant in various forums and platforms in the real estate industry, enjoys taking part in panel discussions and initiated the industry network Munich Offices in 2011, in which she still plays an active role.
Marion holds a diploma degree in architecture from the Technical University of Munich, is an IREBS-certified Real Estate Manager and member of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.
In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English and Italian.
