BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” for THE RUN in Munich – Another Milestone in Sustainable Real Estate

TA Europe is proud to announce the successful achievement of the BREEAM DE In-Use “Excellent” certification for THE RUN in Munich. The certification was delivered on behalf of AEW, in close collaboration with the MOMENI Group acting as property manager.

With this achievement, THE RUN joins an exclusive group of properties: fewer than 10% of certified buildings across the DACH region reach this level, underlining outstanding asset performance, a strong sustainability profile, and exceptional user-focused building quality.

Completed in 2022, the 13,421 sqm single-tenant office building combines premium showroom spaces, a spacious rooftop terrace, and an integrated biodiversity concept with high energy and resource efficiency, excellent occupant comfort, and long-term resilience.

The result is a future-ready office asset that successfully brings together environmental responsibility, economic performance, and an outstanding user experience — recognized with BREEAM In-Use “Excellent.”
