TA Europe supported Henderson Park in the acquisition of project developer GBI

Following the acquisition of the residential development and operating platform GBI Holding Company by Henderson Park, TA Europe supported the investor with a CAPEX analysis of selected development projects within the platform.

The mandate went beyond a conventional portfolio due diligence. Working closely with the client, TA Europe developed a bespoke analysis framework that enabled an individual assessment of each development project. This included defining the evaluation structure and key technical risk parameters from the outset, ensuring a consistent and comparable decision-making basis across the entire asset set.
