International Corporate Real Estate – Technical Separation of Leased Space in Cologne

TA Europe supported NVELOP Real Estate in the successful delivery of a DGNB Platinum certification for a newly developed logistics asset in Ketsch, Germany, providing independent technical and sustainability expertise throughout the certification process.

Strategically located between Mannheim and Heidelberg with excellent motorway connectivity, the approximately 22,000 sqm development represents a future-oriented logistics asset in one of Germany’s key economic regions.

Acting as an independent advisor, TA Europe provided an additional layer of quality assurance and technical certainty across the project. Serving as the interface between NVELOP Real Estate, the general contractor and DGNB, our team carried out detailed peer reviews, supported the alignment of key developer requirements, and ensured a smooth coordination process across critical project interfaces.

The development incorporates a range of sustainability-focused features, including rooftop photovoltaic systems, EV charging infrastructure, live energy monitoring displays, rainwater infiltration solutions, and future-oriented energy and operational concepts.
