Proactively Managing Infrastructure Performance

TA Europe acted as technical transaction and energy advisor to the purchaser of the Blankenburgtunnel project. The scope included an in-depth review of the tunnel’s asset-management strategy, with the objective of optimising lifecycle performance and reducing long-term costs.

TA Europe developed optimisation scenarios for major maintenance, analysed technical risks, and defined mitigation measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the tunnel and its associated structures throughout the entire lifecycle. In addition, TA Europe carried out a comprehensive cost-management analysis and an energy performance assessment, providing the purchaser with a robust basis for sustainable operations and well-informed investment decisions.
