Project Management for a New Office Fit-Out in Berlin

TA Europe is providing comprehensive project management services for the tenant fit-out of a new office space in Berlin. Acting as Client Representative, TA Europe is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring the structured coordination of all stakeholders and the consistent control of cost, quality and schedule — from design coordination through construction to the planned move-in in 2026.

The project covers approximately 1,000 sqm of office space, where a modern, efficient and future-ready working environment is being created, tailored to the operational and cultural requirements of a global medical technology organisation. The scope includes the integration of complex IT, AV and security systems, as well as the coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), including workspaces, meeting areas, kitchen facilities and bespoke built-in elements. In addition, TA Europe is overseeing branding and signage integration to ensure a cohesive and functional office environment.

Through its role as central project interface, TA Europe ensures transparent communication, efficient decision-making and smooth project execution. The project reflects a strong, trust-based collaboration with the client and is on track for successful completion.
