For three newly developed logistics assets in Magdeburg, Leipzig, and Hanover, with a combined gross lettable area of more than 200,000 sqm, TA Europe carried out Technical Due Diligence assessments for P3 Logistic Parks.

The scope included the review of warranty and statutory requirements, assessment of the technical condition, and a long-term CAPEX forecast, complemented by sustainability evaluations of the newly constructed assets. All properties achieved DGNB Gold certification and feature high-performance photovoltaic systems, EV charging infrastructure for cars and e-bikes, LED lighting, and water-efficient fittings.

The combined analysis provided a transparent overview of technical risks and investment requirements, supporting well-founded transaction decisions.
