Technical Advisory Sets the Standard at the ZBG Vienna PPP Project

For the Central Vocational School located in Seestadt Aspern in Vienna, TA Europe acted as technical advisor to the financing banks throughout the bid, construction, and operational phases of the PPP project.

The scope included the review of design and construction works, analysis of assumptions relating to operating and maintenance costs, a comprehensive risk assessment, and the preparation of an ESG report—ensuring technical transparency and bankability across all project stages.

Sustainability was a key focus of the development. Geothermal energy and photovoltaic systems were integrated as core components of the energy concept, demonstrating a forward-looking approach to educational buildings that combines resource efficiency with long-term operational resilience.
