Technological and Environmental Assessment Creating Headroom for Higher Returns

TA Europe supported ZAR Real Estate Holding by carrying out a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) alongside an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) assessment for the portfolio.

The ESG scope focused in particular on analysing climate-aligned development pathways. In addition, TA Europe assessed potential synergies between CAPEX planning and ESG scenarios and developed a maintenance and replacement investment programme for the assets.

TA Europe further defined realistic and cost-efficient optimisation measures for the building envelope and technical building services, supporting the sustainable achievement of the portfolio’s defined ESG objectives while enhancing long-term performance.
