Shaping sustainable futures: TA Europe’s expertise in logistics and ESG consulting for the Mobility Six portfolio

In connection with the acquisition of the Mobility Six logistics portfolio, TA Europe delivered an integrated technical and ESG advisory scope. The portfolio, with a total area of approximately 21,000 sqm, is leased to a leading European distributor of automotive spare parts and workshop equipment and is characterised by high energy efficiency and modern, low-emission heating systems.

TA Europe’s scope included a comprehensive ESG assessment based on French standards, adapted to the German regulatory context; the preparation of a status-quo analysis with an associated action plan and cost model; a CRREM-based stranded-asset check; and the development of a decarbonisation roadmap aligned with the CAPEX findings of the Technical Due Diligence.

The combined technical and ESG approach ensured that sustainability-related optimisation pathways, cost impacts, and long-term risk exposures were consistently reflected within the acquisition scenario.
