Fast-Track Portfolio Consolidation in Düsseldorf

To support the consolidation of the client’s real estate portfolio in Düsseldorf, TA Europe delivered project and cost management services under fast-track conditions.

Within 2.5 months, 600 sqm of office space was handed back to the landlord, including the coordination and execution of extensive measures to separate building services systems. For the remaining 900 sqm, TA Europe managed the tendering, award, and appointment of a design-and-build general contractor to reorganise the space. The refurbishment works were successfully completed within two months of contractor appointment.
