Technical Project Management for a Modern Multi-Tenant Concept

TA Europe supported a large-scale office development in Frankfurt am Main with approximately 51,000 sqm of lettable space, assuming full responsibility for technical project management. The development aims to create open, contemporary multi-tenant structures that enable flexible, customised, and future-ready tenant fit-outs.

The project also includes generous co-working and conference areas, a diverse food and service offering, and attractively designed green and outdoor spaces that significantly enhance overall user experience.

As part of the mandate, TA Europe delivers all core project services—from overarching project and cost control to regular site inspections, detailed data and plausibility checks, and the preparation of red-flag reports that identify potential risks at an early stage and ensure full transparency for all stakeholders.
