This autumn TA Europe opened an office in Munich, which gave us the opportunity to exhibit at Expo Real 2018 as partners at the City of Munich stand this year. It was our fourth time exhibiting at this international trade fair and again we were the proud sponsors of the lanyards.
With the opening of our Munich office, we can offer specialist cost management by our latest recruit Ulrich Fritsch who is an experienced and expert cost manager and quantity surveyor and will bring added value to many projects. Ulrich comes from a large international project management consultancy and has worked with many high-profile international clients.
At Expo Real, our team, which consisted of our Partners and consultants, had arranged many meetings with potential and existing clients and introduced our new team members as well as our track record in portfolio and single asset technical due diligence and project and cost management.
The three days in Munich were extremely busy and Expo Real, as in recent years, brought many real estate professionals together and provided the perfect surroundings to create new opportunities and business as well as meet new contacts at informal events and parties. It has certainly been worthwhile for TA Europe to attend once again and to be part of the City of Munich stand.
