Our Cost Manager co-operates with all involved parties to investigate and estimate the cost of delivering the project on time and in quality. Value engineering is always part of our initial and ongoing exercise. Target is not only to remain within the agreed business plan but also to identify and realise possible improvements and savings.

Control Spending during Construction Phase
