Vienna University – Project & Cost Management
Project & Cost Management of the New Build Lecture Hall Centre within an existing historic building (BIG). TA Europe was commissioned as an independent technical advisor to deliver a monthly progress report, as well as a risk analysis to the Board of Directors of the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft(BIG). The project was of high interest to the public, because of a tour of the lecture hall, which was part of the 500-year anniversary celebration of the University.
Vienna University – Project & Cost Management analysis of the EUR 70 million Fire Restoration Project (BIG)
As a result of an enormous increase in costs and adjustments in schedule, the restoration project of the fire protection and escape routes within the main building of Vienna University, our Managing Partner Wolfgang Schlicht was brought in and commissioned by the Board of Directors of BIG, to prepare the inspection and to clarify which planning and organisational problems were responsible for the increase in costs.
WEKA Karree -Gelsenkirchen
TA Europe was mandated to lead the project & cost management of a major fire protection refurbishment of a mixed-use asset, which is located in the city centre of Gelsenkirchen. Furthermore, TA Europe is monitoring tenant fit-out works within the asset and is involved in implementing remedial works to provide a compliant “fit for sale” condition to the building. The project is ongoing and will be completed at the end of 2017
New Build Healthcare Centre in Mönchengladbach
Our team has been appointed by a hospital in Mönchengladbach to manage the new design and construction of a healthcare centre, as part of the larger hospital site. We set up a tailored scope of services focussing on the desired outcome for the client but also on the specific needs of each and every tenant, consisting of diverse private doctor surgeries and a radiology section. The EUR 20 million project was delivered on time and budget by a project and cost management team.
