Lena Kusch works as a working student in the Asset, Cost, and Project Management department at TA Europe in Essen.
She has a strong interest in accompanying real estate projects from the initial concept to successful completion and values the opportunity to gain new insights into the various phases of a project.
Previously, she spent over two years in real estate fund-of-funds management at HIH Real Estate and nine months in property management at Hamburg Team, both as a working student.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from Hochschule Fresenius in Hamburg. In her bachelor’s thesis, entitled “Scoring of German Real Estate Funds: A Valuation Model for Institutional Investors with a Focus on Real Estate Fund-of-Funds,” she developed a practical tool for analyzing and evaluating target funds. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Psychology in Düsseldorf to further deepen her expertise in the real estate sector while integrating additional perspectives.
German is Lena’s mother tongue, and she speaks English at a fluency level.
