Elena Novello is Senior Consultant ESG & Sustainability at TA Europe, with 15+ years of consultancy experience in ESG auditing, sustainability, and technical and environmental advisory. Fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Italian, she has held senior roles across Europe, including at AECOM (Germany) and URS (UK).
She holds an MSc in Civil Engineering, is a LEED AP O+M, certified fire safety consultant (EIPOS/University of Dresden), and a member of IOSH. Elena has led numerous BREEAM and LEED certifications, including the first BREEAM International projects outside the UK, and has strong expertise in CRREM, carbon and energy optimization, GHG verification, and sustainability training.
Based in Barcelona, she also founded her own advisory practice and worked as Senior Market Researcher for BSRIA in the HVAC-R sector.
