Javier Martínez Martín works as a Project Manager at TA Europe and is based in our Madrid office. Previously, he spent several years at the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland in Düsseldorf, where he was responsible for maintenance projects during ongoing operations.
In addition, he gained extensive project experience at renowned architectural firms in Germany, including RKW Architektur+, Heinle, Wischer & Partner, and Ingenhoven Architects. There, he contributed to various large-scale office and educational building projects as well as international developments.
Javier completed his degree in architecture at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and spent a year abroad at the University of Stuttgart. He also taught three semesters as a lecturer in Building Construction at IU International University in Düsseldorf.
His professional focus lies in renovation concepts and construction process management. Javier is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in German and English.
