Maria is a Senior ESG Consultant in our Berlin office with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, working with both private and public sector clients. She has a strong background in sustainable planning, energy consulting, and project management, focusing on renovation, refurbishment, and modernization projects.
Before joining our team, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed complex residential and commercial projects and delivered ESG advisory services. Earlier, she ran her own technical office in Athens, Greece, which shaped her hands-on, client-oriented approach and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Since 2012, she has been a certified energy consultant in Greece, advising on energy-efficient renovation strategies, subsidy programs, and on-site implementation of energy-saving measures. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Structural Design and Environment, graduating top of her class with a scholarship for her thesis on sustainable building assessment.
Maria is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and registered as a civil engineer, energy consultant, and building contractor. A native Greek speaker, she is fluent in English and German and is currently learning Japanese.
