Matthias Lorenz works as a Senior Project Manager at TA Europe in Frankfurt, bringing more than 30 years of experience across the real estate and corporate real estate management sectors. His career began in 1990 with one of Germany’s oldest brokerage firms and evolved through the founding and management of several real estate and digitalization companies.
Before joining TA Europe, Matthias oversaw the corporate real estate portfolio of SGS Germany, managing 74 laboratory and office locations and leading 52 site managers while driving consolidation, modernization, and large-scale facility management tenders.
Previously at United Internet, he spearheaded digital transformation in workplace and smart building management, implemented New Work standards, and led major development projects including a 45,000 m² office building and the conversion of listed structures.
Matthias is a TÜV-certified Real Estate Specialist and a DEKRA-certified valuation expert. His interests include smart building technologies, data-driven facility management, BIM, and architectural design.
