Ferahnaz Arslan is a Transactions & Portfolio Manager at TA Europe, based in Essen. She brings approximately 25 years of professional experience in the real estate and construction industry, with extensive expertise across transactions, portfolio management, asset management, and project management.
She has independently managed and delivered a wide range of real estate and construction projects in both the commercial and residential sectors, including shopping centers. Her responsibilities span strategic and operational functions, covering both technical and commercial aspects of real estate assets and portfolios.
Ferahnaz holds a degree in business studies from Cologne and completed an international “Work and Study Program” in the United States. She subsequently qualified as a Real Estate Economist at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. Her academic background is complemented by advanced professional training in valuation and expert services, as well as executive-level qualifications in portfolio management (Euro Institut / Bauakademie Biberach).
She is fluent in German, Turkish, and English.
