Laila Benmeuraiem is a Senior Project Manager based in Frankfurt with extensive experience in the management of complex construction projects. She represents clients’ interests across all project phases and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Her responsibilities include comprehensive project management in accordance with AHO and HOAI standards, overseeing projects throughout their entire lifecycle — from new construction to conversions and refurbishments. Her core competencies cover cost control, schedule management, site supervision, and quality assurance.
In addition to her expertise in the construction sector, Laila has significant experience in the renewable energy field. She has managed project controlling and process management for the development and construction of photovoltaic systems and wind turbines.
Laila holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Real Estate Management from the University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden. She is a native speaker of German and Arabic, is fluent in English, and is continuously expanding her knowledge of French and Brazilian Portuguese.
