Benjamin Scholz works from our Berlin office as Senior Technical Asset Manager.
With his main interests in project management for existing buildings and new constructions, Benjamin can provide excellent support to our Project Team.
The focus in new construction is on office and residential buildings. In the area of existing buildings, expertise includes the implementation of investment measures on the building shell, concrete refurbishment of underground garages and tenant fit outs.
Benjamin brings several years of professional experience in Technical Asset Management and Project & Construction Management.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction and Project Management and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation of Existing Structures and Concrete Refurbishment.
Due to his semester abroad with a focus on Urban Transporting in Indonesia, Benjamin is a suitable contact person for national and international customers.
Benjamin’s mother tongue is German and he also speaks fluent English.
