Carl Henneke is a Consultant in the Infrastructure Business Unit at TA Europe’s Munich office.
Since 2024, Carl has been supporting TA Europe in the technical, commercial and financial analysis of infrastructure projects. His expertise spans motorways, EV charging networks, public buildings and other core infrastructure. Carl’s work includes detailed contractual analysis, ensuring that PPP agreements, concession contracts and funding structures align with industry best practices. He assesses payment mechanisms, including availability-based and usage-based models, to optimize financial sustainability and investor confidence.
Carl holds a B.Sc. in Real Estate and Facility Management (FH Münster) and an M.Sc. in Management of Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructure (Bauhaus University Weimar), complemented by international studies in the Czech Republic and Portugal.
Carl’s mother tongue is German and he is business fluent in English.
