Chris Marshall is a Director responsible for Client Management at TA Europe and based in our Essen and Düsseldorf offices. Chris has more than 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, working predominantly in the UK and German markets. Throughout his career to date, Chris has worked for both clients and consultants delivering transactions, programme and project management services.
During the last 20 years, Chris‘ focus has been on project and programme management, looking at optimising CAPEX and OPEX budgets in line with the corporate objectives. These roles have required the ability to quickly understand client’s requirement and lead projects with a high level of commercial acumen to ensure that the projects deliver in line with their business cases. Having experience on both the client and consultant side, requires the ability to fully anticipate project challenges allowing for the timely resolution, minimising impacts.
Prior to joining TA Europe, Chris held a senior position within a data center company responsible for expansion across the EMEA region.
Chris is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He is fluent in both English and German.
