Christoph is a Senior Consultant Transaction at TA Europe, based in the Frankfurt office. He has been working in the field of Technical Due Diligence as a surveyor and consultant since 2014. Combining his expertise in property valuation with a solid background in architecture, building construction, and technical systems, he is able to assess the condition of buildings, identify structural defects, and quantify the costs of their remediation. He also has a keen understanding of building regulations and approval requirements.
After completing his training as an electrical installer, Christoph studied Architecture and Urban Planning in Koblenz. In the early 2000s, he pursued further education at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, focusing on Facility and Corporate Real Estate Management as well as Property Valuation.
Throughout his career, he has worked both as an employed and independent architect, contributing to numerous design and construction projects. In 2011, he spent time in Pune, India, where he helped initiate a new construction project on site.
A native German speaker, Christoph is also fluent in English.
