Frederike works as a Real Estate Consultant in the Essen office of TA Europe. Her main focus is on the technical due diligence of technical facilities and the support of real estate transactions.
Frederike began her professional career with an apprenticeship as an international real estate agent (IHK) with a focus on commercial real estate in Düsseldorf.
After completing her training, she decided to study industrial engineering with a focus on energy and buildings at the Fachhochschule Südwestfalen – University of Applied Sciences in Hagen.
During her studies, she not only learned about sustainability strategies for buildings and municipalities, but also gained in-depth knowledge of technical building equipment and the importance of sustainable building equipment. She also worked as a working student at TA Europe during her studies.
Frederike also completed a Registered Professional course with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
Her native language is German and she is fluent in English.
