Gemin Spettmann works as an Accountant in our Essen office. She joined TA Europe in 2016.
Gemin carries out accounting and controlling tasks. The accounting tasks include writing bills for our clients, the controlling part consists of analysing projects and evaluating their profitability. She is also responsible for the audit of the invoices of our freelancers and supports our Chief Financial Officer, Sebastian Busse.
Earlier on, Gemin supported the TA Europe team also as an Office Manager.
Before Gemin started at TA Europe, she completed her three-year apprenticeship as an Office Manager and gained a high level of experience working as deputy operations manager for the same large-sized company – known worldwide for the best business solutions for Startups. During her apprenticeship she successfully completed IT and Business Service workshops and seminars and achieved to meet customers’ needs to their fullest satisfaction as well as effectively manage the administrative duties for the area manager, so that he could invest his time in the success of the company.
Gemin is fluent in German, English, Italian and Spanish and likes to travel, exercise and cook in her free time.
