Katja Duran joined TA Europe in March 2020 as a project assistant, initially working in our real estate team, and since June 2025 she has been part of our ESG team in Berlin. She supports our ESG consultants on various projects.
With her passion for sustainability and ESG issues, Katja supports the consulting team in the creation and further development of ESG reports and sustainable strategies.”
Before joining TA Europe, Katja worked as an official in charge in different legal departments. She has also been an assistant to management at a company dealing with real estate, and further a department assistant at a firm’s planning and building division.
Katja holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Technical University of Dresden. As she grew up with a Russian mother and a German father, Katja speaks both Russian and German fluently. She is also well versed in English.
