Konstantin Scheidt works as a Consultant Real Estate at TA Europe’s Essen office. His main area of expertise is the technical due diligence of building equipment and monitoring of real estate or portfolio transactions.
Konstantin started his career with an apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer maintaining industrial plants. After four years of professional experience in this field, he started further training to become a state-certified technician. The focus here was on the development and design of machine technology.
This was followed by the transfer of technical expertise to the real estate industry, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Facility Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Münster. During his studies; Konstantin was able to gain professional experience in various areas, e.g. in technical property management at Strabag PFS and in transaction advisory services for public private partnership projects at EY Real Estate.
Konstantin completed an international English-speaking program in Indonesia with a focus on topics such as environmental management and sustainability. Since he grew up bilingual, Konstantin speaks Russian and German fluently.
