Luca Rubini works in our Munich office as a Real Estate Senior Consultant with a focus on Technical Due Diligence services.
He has been based in Munich since 2018, where he developed his career as Project Engineer. Luca was involved in large construction projects both as structural engineer and site supervisor, gaining valuable experiences in terms of time management, costs and quality of the project results.
Luca holds a master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering and sustainable buildings from the University of Trento, Italy. He wrote his master thesis at the Queen Mary University of London, working on a research in the field of innovative materials that has been published in a peer reviewed journal.
After his studies, he started his career in Italy working as a Consulting Engineer for a German company providing consultancy to technical experts and being also the technical manager in the field of passive fire protection. In that capacity he developed the ability to think of innovative solutions and manage problems in a client-oriented manner.
Luca is fluent in German and English and speaks Italian as his mother tongue.
