Mardjan Alam is a Senior Project Manager based in our TA Europe Frankfurt Office. She has
professional experience in project management regarding residential and office properties
as well as technical refurbishments. The main focus lies on schedule, cost an quality control
including coordination with all stakeholders, contract management, construction
supervision, site inspections, reporting and documentation.
She has managed national and international projects and has led projects in English.
Mardjan studied Master of Science in Architecture at TU Darmstadt while working full time
as a Project Manager. During her studies she also worked as a research asissistant for the
Department of Architecture at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
She speaks German, Persian, English and French and has also basic knowledge of Spanish.
