Milena Steffens is part of our Human Resources team in Hamburg, working as a Recruiter with a clear focus: finding and attracting top talent to support TA Europe’s continued growth.
Together with her colleagues, she helps shape the future of our organisation by building a strong, value-driven team – especially through the expansion of our Hamburg office. Her goal: hiring professionals who not only fit our culture but also contribute to our long-term success.
Milena combines a passion for people with a strategic mindset, aiming to create lasting, meaningful matches between candidates and roles.
She holds a degree in Business Psychology, specialising in Personnel and Organisational Psychology. Before joining TA Europe, she worked for a global corporation, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting – from first contact to onboarding. She also improved candidate touchpoints, streamlined communication, and aligned recruitment activities with employer branding.
Milena is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
