Michael Gros supports our Project Management team as a Senior Consultant. Thanks to his extensive experience in building technology as well as in project and facility management, he is able to successfully combine the three areas for the benefit of the client.
Michael was initially responsible for project planning of data networks and data centres with their diverse technical challenges. For large insurance and auditing companies, he was responsible for building operations, setting up facility and property management organisations as well as real estate projects as an authorised signatory.
Michael holds a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) and is a certified Facility Manager (IFMA). In 1997, he received the award for the best facility manager in Germany. He is also a certified DIN EN 15733 real estate agent (DIAZert). Michael speaks German as his mother tongue and English fluently.
