Moritz Westermann is a working student on the Transactions team at TA Europe in Munich. He is particularly interested in real estate investments and enjoys supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of a property, including acquisition, analysis, value-oriented asset management, and successful transaction execution. In his role, he assists with property inspections, market and location analyses, report and presentation preparation, and transaction-related data and documentation organization.
Before joining TA Europe, Moritz gained practical experience in the real estate sector during an internship at Eckpfeiler Immobilien Investment in Munich. He also worked in customer-facing roles in the retail industry, where he developed his strong communication and service skills further.
Moritz is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences while working part-time. This allows him to apply his academic knowledge to the real estate market and deepen his understanding of investment, valuation, and asset management.
Moritz is a native German speaker and speaks English fluently.
