Myrto Ananida works as a Consultant ESG & Sustainability in Frankfurt, supporting clients in the sustainable transformation of real estate assets.
With over four years of experience in construction and real estate, her focus lies on building renovation, decarbonisation, and Life Cycle Assessment. She develops forward-looking sustainability and ESG strategies that align regulatory requirements and environmental objectives with clients’ business needs.
As a DGNB ESG Manager and DGNB Consultant with a background in civil engineering, Myrto combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of German subsidy schemes, helping property owners reduce CO₂ emissions and investment costs while creating long-term asset value.
She holds a Master’s degree from the Technical University of Denmark, specialising in sustainable building practices, building services, and ESG optimisation. Her master’s thesis focused on overheating risks in buildings and effective mitigation measures to enhance comfort, resilience, and energy performance.
Myrto is a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a keen interest in innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is fluent in English and German, a native Greek speaker, and has basic knowledge of Danish.
